Sure Chill has received yet more accolades, this time being presented with TWO awards at the Cardiff Business Awards. Firstly as ‘Technology Innovation of the Year’, then as the winner of the overall category ‘Business of the Year’.

Cardiff Business Awards, now in their third year, recognises business and entrepreneurs who have demonstrated significant success and made a substantial contribution both to their respective sectors and to the Cardiff economy itself.

Unique to many other awards, Cardiff Business Awards conducts a detailed selection process that requires all finalist to be interviewed by a panel of judges. This year the judging panel included Professor Dylan Jones-Evans OBE; Ken Poole, Head of Economic Development at the City of Cardiff Council; and Rhys Williams, Business Development Director for NatWest.

Our CEO Nigel Saunders explains: “We’re honoured to be named as the ‘Business of the Year 2017’ in this vibrant and ever-growing city.
The judges admired our entrepreneurial approach to drive change, and challenge the status quo with the far-reaching benefits of our technology to people around the world. We made a strategic decision to move to Cardiff and after only two years in the city, we’re delighted with our success.”

This year’s event was held at Cardiff’s City Hall venue with 470 guests and hosted by BBC Wales newsreader, Jamie Owen.
